I have mixed feelings about this PNC Bank location. The staff seems friendly and welcoming, with some employees, like Armin Hot, providing great service and making the banking experience enjoyable. However, there are also several issues with customer service, as some employees, like Heidi, have been described as rude and unhelpful. Additionally, there is a significant issue with wait times, with many customers complaining about having to wait for extended periods of time, sometimes up to 30 minutes, to be served. This is frustrating for customers who have limited time to spend at the bank. The working hours are also somewhat limited, with the branch being closed on Thursdays and Sundays. While some customers have had positive experiences with the bank's services, such as easy online transactions and helpful staff, there are many more complaints about the slow and unhelpful service. It seems that this location is struggling to meet the needs of its customers, and I would not recommend it until some changes are made.
