Business has good overall rating, however, not enough information is provided to form a conclusive opinion about the quality, pricing and innovativeness. Some customers have had positive experiences, but others have reported issues, such as being misled about prices or experiencing poor communication. It seems like some customers were treated well, but there are reports of unprofessional behavior from certain salespeople. The business appears to have a large inventory of vehicles, but some customers have felt pressured or misled into purchasing vehicles that may not be the best fit for them. The dealership has made efforts to be more customer-friendly, such as offering mobile payments and having a veteran-owned business. However, some customers have reported issues with the service department, including being overcharged for repairs. To have a positive experience at this dealership, it's recommended to do thorough research and to ask questions before making a purchase. It's also a good idea to request a price list before visiting the dealership and to ask about any additional fees or charges. One major issue that stands out is the discrepancy in prices listed online versus the prices presented to customers in person. This has led to some customers feeling misled or taken advantage of.Overall, the business has potential, but it's essential to be cautious and do your research before making a purchase.
