Platinum Dog Grooming Sarasota seems to be a mixed bag when it comes to providing quality services to pet owners. While they have a convenient location near a vet clinic, the business has a reputation for inconsistent and often subpar work. Several reviewers have reported that their dogs received inadequate or even shoddy grooming, including untrimmed nails, uneven haircuts, and neglect to bathe their pets. One reviewer had to deal with a particularly disturbing experience where their dog was mistreated by the groomer, who insisted on shaving their puppy nearly down to the skin despite the owner's objections. The business's professionalism and reliability are also in question, with several reviewers expressing frustration with unhelpful and rude staff members. Despite these issues, some reviewers have reported having positive experiences with Platinum Dog Grooming Sarasota, particularly with certain staff members like Jeanne, who have been praised for their exceptional care and attention to detail. However, these positive reviews seem to be the exception rather than the rule.Overall, while the business has some redeeming qualities, the consistent issues with quality and professionalism make it difficult to recommend Platinum Dog Grooming Sarasota to potential customers.
