Plantation Palms is a versatile destination that caters to various interests, including golfing, dining, and entertainment. The 18-hole miniature golf course is a great option for families and casual golfers, while the 18-hole golf course is more suitable for experienced golfers. The driving range and practice areas are well-maintained, and the Irish pub offers a wide selection of beers and delicious food. The staff at Plantation Palms is generally friendly and welcoming, although some reviewers have mentioned instances of poor customer service. The pro shop has a good selection of golfing equipment and apparel, and the cart girls are attentive and helpful. One of the notable strengths of Plantation Palms is its commitment to innovation and improvement. The course has undergone significant upgrades in recent years, including the addition of new golf carts with GPS and the renovation of the practice areas. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the course can be busy and slow-paced, particularly on weekends. Additionally, some of the holes on the back nine are considered more challenging than those on the front nine.Overall, Plantation Palms is a solid option for golfers and families looking for a fun and challenging experience. While it may not be perfect, the course's strengths and commitment to improvement make it a worthwhile destination. The main issue with Plantation Palms is the inconsistent pace of play, particularly on weekends. This can be frustrating for golfers who are looking to complete their round in a timely manner.
