According to client feedback, the facility's staff is extremely helpful and professional, with many customers praising the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff. The facility's management, particularly Nicole and Natalie, have been singled out for their exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
The facility's pricing has been consistently praised by customers, who appreciate the competitive rates and lack of price hikes. In fact, one customer mentioned that they were able to store their belongings for over a year without any increases in price.
However, one issue stands out from the rest: inconsistent facility maintenance. A few customers have reported finding mold and moisture in their units, as well as a mouse problem. This is a significant concern, especially for customers storing sensitive or irreplaceable items.
