The business offers a variety of mortgage services, including low mortgage rates and online pre-approval tools. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable, with Heidi Lombardi being a standout example. Clients praise her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to explain complex processes. Many first-time home buyers have been successfully guided through the process. The business has a wide range of working hours, from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, making it easily accessible. The location is wheelchair accessible, with parking and entrance. They also offer online appointments, which makes it convenient for clients. The business has a positive reputation, with many clients praising their experience and leaving high ratings. However, there was one negative review from a real estate agent, Jennifer, who had a bad experience with Heidi Lombardi. She stated that Heidi had a "nasty attitude" and that she was unresponsive to their questions and uncooperative in the deal process. However, Heidi replied to this review, stating that she had been left a voicemail after a meeting and couldn't disclose every detail about the buyer due to privacy laws.
