The building is situated in a convenient location with on-site parking available. The office is wheelchair accessible, with amenities including a restroom and wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. However, the experience can be hampered by inconsistent service quality, as exemplified by several customer reviews. Some staff members are found to be unhelpful and rude, which is particularly evident in the instance where a customer was left waiting for two hours after being told to wait to call a toll operator to clarify payment. This kind of experience is unfortunate, especially considering the importance of tax collector services. It's also notable that some staff members seem disconnected and uninterested in customer interactions, as seen in a few reviews. Additionally, the office hours are somewhat limited, with specific days closed or hours shortened, which can create inconvenience for customers. Overall, the office's quality and pricing seem to be affected by these inconsistencies. The innovativeness of the office, however, is still notable, especially considering the efficient use of self-service registration renewal kiosks and online services, which can help streamline the process for customers.
