The business is located in a convenient spot in St. Petersburg City. The address is easy to find. However, the first impression was a bit off due to a rather long wait time. The customers were advised to take a number and wait to be called, which might take a considerable amount of time. In my opinion, the service was professional and efficient once you get inside. The employees were well-versed and helpful, providing all the necessary information in a business-like manner. Unfortunately, the facility was permanently closed, and it stopped operating on January 1, 2019. Therefore, there's no option to pay a ticket or conduct any other transactions. Some reviewers found it necessary to return a few times before getting what they needed, which resulted in disappointment and a lot of stress. It's also worth noting that one person felt very uncomfortable and avoided the place altogether. The other person had an opposite experience, was very satisfied with the great customer service, and had a positive interaction with the deputy clerk.
