The location of the building is very convenient, with a nice address on Remington Rd Road. The real estate complex has some good quality apartments, but they could be improved. The apartments have a good layout and are spacious, but some have signs of wear and tear. The common areas of the building are clean and well-maintained. The complex is surrounded by a nice view, which is a plus. However, the price of the apartments is quite high, which may be a drawback for some. The Pine View brand is associated with this location, which is a good reputation. The location is suitable for families and professionals alike. Some neighbors have reported that parking can be a problem at times. A minor issue is the high price of the apartments, which may be out of budget for some people. Overall, it's a nice place to live.
