This community has a lot to offer, but it seems to have its flaws. The location is great, with easy access to shopping and amenities. The on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility are definite pluses. However, the maintenance fees seem to be a point of contention for some residents, with some complaining that they are too high and not getting enough in return. The community has a lot of amenities, including two clubhouses, two pools, a library, and various activities for residents to enjoy. Some residents have reported that the pools are well-maintained, but others have complained that they are often closed.Despite the issues, many residents seem to love living here and have reported friendly neighbors and a sense of community. However, some have expressed frustration with the HOA and its management, citing problems with communication and responsiveness.Overall, it seems like Pine Run Estates has a lot of potential, but it could benefit from some improvements in terms of maintenance and communication with residents.
