The location is well-suited for customers in need of pool maintenance and supplies. The store has a wide range of products available, including chemicals, toys, and equipment, making it a one-stop-shop for pool owners. The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising their helpfulness and willingness to answer questions. However, some reviewers have mentioned that the staff can be pushy or try to sell unnecessary products. One major issue that has been raised by several reviewers is the lack of consistency in the quality of service. Some reviewers have experienced poor service, including being sold incorrect or subpar products, while others have received excellent service. This inconsistency may be due to the high turnover rate of staff or the store's policies. Despite these issues, the location has a loyal customer base, with many reviewers praising the store's knowledge and expertise. The store also appears to be well-maintained, with a clean and organized layout. Overall, the location is a good option for customers in need of pool maintenance and supplies, but may benefit from improving its consistency in service quality.
