This Pinch A Penny store location seems to be a reliable choice for pool-related needs. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, with many reviewers praising the excellent service they received. Jeff, in particular, stands out as a knowledgeable and friendly employee who goes above and beyond to resolve issues and provide advice.
The store itself appears to be well-stocked with a wide range of products, including chemicals, toys, and equipment. The prices seem to be competitive, and many reviewers have noted that they offer great value for money.
One of the standout features of this location is the quality of service. Many reviewers have praised the staff for being friendly, professional, and courteous. They seem to take the time to explain things clearly and provide helpful advice, which is evident from the many positive reviews.
However, there is one issue that has been raised by a few reviewers. One customer felt that they were "squeezed hard" on a repair job, and another mentioned that they were not happy with the price they were quoted for a seal ring replacement. It's worth noting that these issues are relatively rare and did not seem to be a major problem for most reviewers.
Overall, this Pinch A Penny store location seems to be a great choice for anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable service for their pool needs. With its wide range of products, competitive prices, and excellent customer service, it's a solid choice for anyone in the area.
