This store is a well-established business in the community, offering a wide range of products and services related to swimming pools and spas. The staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful, with some employees standing out for their excellent customer service. The store is well-stocked with a variety of products, including chemicals, toys, and equipment. Prices are competitive, and the store offers regular promotions and discounts. One area for improvement is the store's online presence, which could be more user-friendly and streamlined. Despite this, the store has a loyal customer base and is a trusted resource for pool and spa owners in the area. The only drawback is the occasional issue with customer service, particularly when dealing with complex problems or interacting with less knowledgeable staff members.
