PHS (Professional Horticultural Services) is a reputable lawn care company with a long history of excellent service in the Parrish City area. Their team of professionals is knowledgeable, courteous, and timely, making them a great choice for lawn care needs. One issue that stands out from the reviews is the lack of awareness among some customers about the company's notice procedures for scheduled services, particularly in shared residential areas. While this may be a misunderstanding on the part of the customers, it is essential for the company to clearly communicate their service schedules and protocols to avoid any potential conflicts. The majority of the reviews, however, praise the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent results. Customers have reported significant improvements in their lawn health and appearance after using PHS's services. The company's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their willingness to address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. In terms of value, customers have consistently praised the company's pricing as being reasonable and competitive. Many reviewers have noted that the cost of PHS's services is well worth the excellent results they receive. While some reviewers have mentioned occasional minor issues with communication or follow-up, these seem to be rare exceptions rather than the norm. Overall, PHS appears to be a reliable and trustworthy lawn care company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers high-quality results.
