I visited the senior living facility at Building 3302, N 22nd St Street, in Tampa City. The building is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is a big plus. However, I didn't get a chance to experience the apartment rentals as they were fully booked during my visit. The facility has many features that make it accessible for people with wheelchairs. The seating areas, restrooms, parking lot, and entrance are all wheelchair accessible, which is great for individuals who need it.The co-brand with Phase I Senior Building-Belmont is an added advantage. This partnership suggests a commitment to providing quality care and services for seniors. One thing I noticed during my visit was that the prices for the assisted living facility are not clearly listed on their website. It would be helpful if they could provide more transparency about their pricing. Overall, I would recommend this facility to those who are looking for a comfortable and accessible living space for seniors.
