This location is a great place for pet owners, offering a wide range of services for animals. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with employees like Kayla and Ashlynn receiving praise for their compassionate service. The store is always clean, and the inventory is well-stocked, although it may not be available 100% of the time. The dog training services are highly regarded, with trainers like Debbie receiving positive reviews for their patience and gentleness. The grooming team is also well-liked, with many customers praising the cleanliness and comfort of their pets after receiving a bath. However, there have been some issues with availability, with one customer experiencing a long wait for a groomer to finish with their last client. This can be frustrating, especially if customers are trying to get their pets in for an appointment at a specific time.Overall, this location is a great resource for pet owners, with a wide range of services and a helpful staff. However, it's worth calling ahead to confirm availability and wait times to ensure a smooth experience.
