The location of Petersen Industries is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The business hours are convenient, operating from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards. The variety of industrial equipment available makes it a valuable resource for many businesses. However, the slow loading process of a shipment was a notable issue, taking almost two hours for a small load. The staff could be more professional and efficient to better serve their customers. Some customers have praised the staff for being friendly, helpful, and professional. The cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved, especially since they are not air-conditioned. Overall, Petersen Industries has both strong and weak points, and customers have varying experiences with the business.
