I visited the medical service located at Building 2821, Proctor Rd Road, in Sarasota City. The office has a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom, which is a plus for those with mobility issues. However, my wife's appointment was cancelled due to the doctor's sickness, and the secretary was rude when scheduling the new appointment, which was over a month away. She had already waited two months for this appointment. Unfortunately, this office has some room for improvement.
