I was really impressed with the overall atmosphere of this place. As a locally owned and operated business, it felt welcoming and friendly. I had to order online and skip the line, which was a bit confusing at first, but it saved me a lot of time in the end. They have a wide variety of bagels and coffee, and the staff were very helpful in making recommendations. The bakery is not just a bagel shop, but also serves breakfast options. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the bagels, as they were a bit too dense and not very fresh-tasting. On the other hand, the coffee was delicious and expertly made. The place is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. However, I did notice that they are not open on Thursdays, which was a bit inconvenient. I also appreciated the quick visit planning option, which allowed me to pick up my order quickly. One thing I would like to see improved is the consistency of the products, as I had different experiences with the same type of bagel on different visits.
