This Petco location in Sarasota offers a range of services, including dog grooming, nail trimming, and ear cleaning. The staff is generally friendly and professional, with many reviewers praising their gentle and patient nature with pets. Some reviewers have noted that the quality of grooming can vary depending on the groomer, with a few reports of uneven cuts and missed spots. However, the vast majority of reviews are positive, and many reviewers have praised the convenient location and reasonable prices. One issue that stands out is the occasional failure to follow instructions, including missed add-ons and requests, which has led to frustration for some customers. Despite this, the store's overall satisfaction rating is high, and many reviewers would recommend it to others. The only downside is that the staff seems to be overworked, leading to a sense of impersonality, as mentioned by one reviewer.
