This pet resort and kennel, located in Haines City, offers a range of services for pet owners, including boarding and care for dogs. They have a dedicated team that takes great care of the animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The staff is friendly and professional, and many clients have expressed their gratitude for the excellent care their pets received. However, there have been some issues raised by clients, including concerns about the cleanliness of the cages and the quality of care. One client reported that their dog's cage was wet and dirty, and another mentioned that their pet was not fed as instructed. These issues may indicate a need for improvement in terms of hygiene and attention to client instructions. The resort's hours of operation are limited, with no services offered on Sundays. This may not be convenient for all pet owners, particularly those who work or travel on weekends. Despite these limitations, the resort is generally well-regarded by clients, who appreciate the care and attention their pets receive. With some improvements to address the issues raised, this pet resort and kennel could be an excellent choice for pet owners in the area.
