This business location is a beacon of compassion and care, providing a supportive environment for those grieving the loss of a beloved pet. The staff, led by Ms. Dee and Mr. Ted, are truly dedicated to making the cremation process as smooth and dignified as possible. Their prompt response to calls, respectful handling of animals, and attention to detail are truly impressive. The business offers a range of services, including cremation, pet cemetery, and animal services, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each family. The wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance make it easily accessible to all. However, there is one issue that stands out: the lack of clear working hours on weekdays, with some days marked as unavailable. This could be improved to better serve clients who may be in need of assistance during these times. Overall, Pet Passings by Kays-Ponger & Uselton is a shining example of a business that truly cares about its clients and their pets.
