This Perspire Sauna Studio is a great place to relax, rejuvenate, and detox. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always making sure you feel comfortable and at ease. The facilities are spotless and well-maintained, with each sauna room equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a mirror. The red light therapy is an excellent bonus, and the eucalyptus cooling towels provided after each session are a nice touch. Many clients have reported improved sleep, reduced pain, and a boost in energy after regular sessions. Some reviewers have noted that the app can be a bit tricky to use, and the facility could benefit from a household or couples membership option. However, the benefits of infrared sauna therapy are undeniable, and this studio is a great place to experience them. Overall, it's a fantastic option for those looking to unwind and prioritize their health.
