Ernest, Luis, and Erik, the staff members I interacted with, were all very welcoming and helpful. They made the process quick and easy, and they were knowledgeable about the services they provided. The office is open on Fridays from 11:00 to 15:00, which is convenient if you need to schedule an appointment during the week. Overall, the experience was smooth and efficient. However, it would be helpful if the office was open more frequently, as the limited hours may be a drawback for some people.
