This store has a pleasant location, with many positive reviews about their customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, going out of their way to assist customers in finding the perfect fragrance. The store has a wide selection of perfumes and colognes, including rare and hard-to-find brands. The prices are competitive, with many customers reporting finding better deals here compared to other stores. However, there have been some complaints about the store's pricing, with a few customers reporting being charged more than what they expected. Additionally, some customers have reported issues with the authenticity of the perfumes sold, with a few cases of counterfeit fragrances being sold. The store has a small business status, which may be a factor in their pricing and product selection.Overall, this store is a great destination for perfume enthusiasts, with a knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of fragrances. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with pricing and authenticity. One issue to be aware of is the store's return policy, which has been a point of contention for some customers. Some customers have reported being unable to return fragrances that they were not satisfied with, even if they were purchased within a reasonable time frame. This may be due to the store's strict return policy, which prioritizes product quality and authenticity over customer satisfaction.Despite this issue, the store has a generally positive reputation and a loyal customer base. With a little caution and research, customers can find great deals on authentic fragrances and enjoy excellent customer service.
