This storage facility has been a disappointment from the start. The staff seems to be uncooperative and unfriendly. I visited the location in Lakeland City and was not impressed with the accessibility of the parking lot, but it was wheelchair accessible. One of the clients mentioned that they are charged overweight, even when presented with a weighing receipt. This incident suggests a lack of attention to customer concerns and may lead to unprofessional behavior, such as cancelling loads without a valid reason. The co-branding with PepsiCo doesn't seem to be a significant benefit.
