This Pep Boys location seems to be a well-established service provider in Kissimmee City, offering a wide range of services including wheel alignment, transmission repair, tire sales, and car repair. The staff appears to be knowledgeable and friendly, with many customers praising their professionalism and helpfulness. Some reviewers have noted that the prices are competitive, but others have experienced issues with overcharging or unnecessary repairs. The innovativeness of the services offered is not a major focus, as the reviews primarily discuss the quality of service and prices. However, the location's commitment to providing good service and its willingness to stand behind its work are notable positives. Despite some negative reviews, the overall rating suggests that this Pep Boys location is a reliable choice for car owners in the area. One notable issue is the fact that some customers have been overcharged or had unnecessary repairs performed, which suggests a need for better communication and transparency with customers.
