This location has a decent overall rating, with a slightly above-average quality of service. However, the pricing seems to be competitive, which is a plus for customers. One area that could be improved is innovativeness, as it seems to be average at best. The location is easily accessible by car, with on-site parking available. However, the parking lot is wheelchair accessible, but the entrance is also wheelchair friendly. Debit and credit cards are accepted, making it convenient for customers to make payments. Unfortunately, there have been issues with customer service, including a staff member forgetting to return a customer's Sunpass, and another staff member not providing adequate service, resulting in a customer having to wait for a vehicle and facing additional issues with their rental. The location's hours of operation are convenient, with extended hours on weekends. However, there is a break in service on Thursdays. The website and online presence seem to be well-maintained, with easy access to information about the location and its services. Overall, this location could benefit from improving its customer service and innovativeness to match its competitive pricing and quality of service.
