This location is a convenient stop for those in need of a moving truck. The team at Penske Truck Rental on Bloomingdale Ave is dedicated to providing great customer service, as evident from numerous positive reviews. Many customers have praised the staff's friendly and helpful nature, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. The rental process is straightforward, and the trucks are well-maintained. One of the standout features of this location is its wide range of truck options to suit various needs.
However, one customer expressed frustration with the booking process, stating that it required a minimum of 6 months in advance. This highlights a potential issue with the location's adaptability to meet the changing needs of customers.
The location offers a variety of amenities, including on-site parking and wheelchair accessibility. NFC mobile payments and debit/credit card payments are also accepted. While the working hours are generally good, there is a noticeable absence of any weekend closures on Fridays, which could be beneficial for customers who need to rent a truck during this time.
Overall, this location is a reliable choice for those looking for a hassle-free moving experience. With its excellent customer service and convenient location, it's no wonder that many customers have given it high ratings.
