4.3

This location of Penske Truck Rental offers a variety of services, including van and truck rentals, and is open at reasonable hours during the week. The rental process itself seems to be generally efficient, with many customers reporting quick and easy transactions. The staff is often friendly and helpful, with some customers going out of their way to praise specific employees for their excellent service. However, there have been some issues with the accuracy of the rental equipment, with some customers receiving different types of vehicles than they had reserved. This can be frustrating, especially if the customer has specific needs for the move. On the positive side, the prices seem to be very competitive, with some customers reporting that they were cheaper than other rental companies. Additionally, the trucks themselves seem to be well-maintained and in good condition, which is a plus for customers who are planning long moves. Overall, this location of Penske Truck Rental seems to be a solid choice for customers who need rental equipment for a move. While there are some potential drawbacks to be aware of, the benefits seem to outweigh the drawbacks.
