However, the inventory management seems to be an issue, as one customer had to return to Uhaul after being told that none of the working trucks were available at the location, but there were trucks in the lot reserved for others. Another customer reported multiple issues with their rental, including the lack of furniture blankets and a truck that was not full on gas. Despite the convenience of NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards, the overall experience seems to be subpar, especially when it comes to the quality of the services provided.
