This location is a reliable choice for various services, including van and truck rentals, building materials, and moving supplies. The staff seems to be helpful, as mentioned in one of the reviews, but there was an issue with a customer service representative who was unprofessional and rude. While the prices for truck rentals are competitive, which is reflected in the high pricing score, there might be some quality concerns. It appears that some of the vehicles might be nearly new, but there is no guarantee that every truck will be in perfect condition.Overall, the business has some strengths and weaknesses. The helpful staff and competitive prices are definite advantages, but the lack of professionalism and potential quality issues need to be addressed. The staff needs to be more considerate and respectful to all customers, regardless of their background or language. This includes making sure that every customer feels welcome and valued.
