This location is quite confusing, as it claims to be a van rental agency, construction and development company, building materials supplier, moving supply store, and travel and recreation provider all at once. While they do offer great rates on truck rentals, there are some issues with their service. Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here, as mentioned by one of their clients who gave them a 1-star review.Their parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect. You can pay with debit or credit cards, which is convenient. However, the business also fails to provide good quality service to their customers. A client complained about the poor service they received.It is worth noting that one of the main issues here is the poor service. The business seems to be struggling with providing excellent service to their customers. Despite having a large network of over 2,500 rental locations, they are unable to provide good quality service to their clients.Overall, this location has a lot of potential but fails to deliver on the quality front.
