The location offers a variety of services, including van and truck rentals, which is convenient for customers. The business has a wide range of products, including moving supplies and equipment for construction and development. The address is easily accessible, located at Building 1700, Kathleen Rd Road, Lakeland City. The working hours are well-defined, with set hours for each day of the week. However, the location has limited hours on Thursdays and Sundays. The location has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have praised the staff's friendliness and professionalism, while others have complained about the quality of the rental vehicles and the communication from the staff. One customer mentioned that the truck was not ready on time, which caused delays and inconvenience.Despite the mixed reviews, the location has its strengths. The staff seems to be helpful and accommodating, which is evident from the positive reviews. The business offers a wide range of products and services, which makes it a one-stop-shop for customers. The location is well-maintained, with clean facilities and a secure parking area. However, the location has some areas for improvement. The communication from the staff could be better, as evident from the negative reviews. The quality of the rental vehicles could be improved to match the high standards set by other Penske locations.Overall, the location is a decent option for customers who need van or truck rentals. While it has some areas for improvement, the staff's friendliness and professionalism make it a worthwhile option.
