Penske Truck Rental has a convenient location in Clearwater City, Building 1759, Drew St Street. It offers various services, including van and truck rentals for moving and construction purposes. The rental process is straightforward, and staff members are helpful. The moving trucks are generally clean and ready to go upon pickup. However, there have been some instances of trucks being unavailable or not being the type reserved, which can be frustrating for customers. One customer reported an unpleasant experience with a staff member who refused to provide a bottle of water for a baby, citing that it would not significantly affect the staff member's income. This kind of customer service issue raises concerns about the company's values and ability to treat customers with compassion. Additionally, there have been reports of delayed deposit refunds, which can cause inconvenience for customers, especially when they depend on that money for essential expenses. On a positive note, many customers have praised the staff's helpfulness, the good prices, and the cleanliness of the trucks. Some have also appreciated the company's support for military personnel.
