This location has some major issues that need to be addressed. I've rented from them multiple times and had horrible experiences. The most recent rental was with a 26ft truck, but when I picked it up, it had 20 minutes of waiting time. The agent did not confirm the mileage, damages, etc. with me, and when I got the bill, I was charged for a 4-day rental when I only had it for 1 day, charged for furniture pads that I didn't use, and charged for twice as much gas as they said I used. My rental went from $56 to $259. The billing process was very shady and untruthful. I had to speak with a supervising office, who was nice and helped me reduce the charges, but the issue with the mileage couldn't be fixed because I didn't take pictures of the odometer. The staff seems to be inexperienced and unprofessional. They made a reservation confirmation the day before, but when I showed up, they had no trucks available. They also didn't provide the requested equipment, such as a dolly and moving pads, and the representative was unhelpful and unfriendly. The service experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. There are many issues with the customer service and billing process that need to be resolved.
