The location on Bruce B Downs Blvd in Tampa offers a range of services, including van and truck rentals. The website and phone number are easily accessible, and the working hours are clearly stated. On-site parking and wheelchair accessibility make it convenient for customers. The ability to rent trucks for long distances at a reasonable price is a notable feature. However, the location has a history of issues, including a complaint about a rental van not being available upon arrival, and another about a truck having major problems. There have been instances where customers felt overcharged for services. To improve, the business should focus on addressing these issues promptly and clearly communicating with customers about any problems that may arise.
