The business at Building 5011, W Hillsborough Ave Avenue, Tampa City offers a reliable car and truck rental service. The staff seems to be knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to ensure the customer gets the right truck for their needs. Many customers have reported excellent customer service, with some staff members, like Don and Jordan, going above and beyond to meet their expectations. Some customers have also appreciated the stress-free experience of renting a truck from this location, with many reporting no issues during the process. However, there seems to be a lack of information about the cleanliness and maintenance of the trucks, which might be a concern for some potential customers. Overall, the business has a good reputation for its prices, with many customers reporting them to be the best in the area. The location appears to be well-organized, with staff members like Pete being able to answer customer questions and provide helpful information.
