This place is quite reliable in terms of getting the job done, no complaints there. Concrete work is not the most glamorous, but at least they do it properly, so you don't have to worry about a mess or a safety hazard. Generally, the quality of work is on par with the industry standards, nothing out of the ordinary, but not bad either. On the other hand, prices are quite reasonable considering the quality and expertise they offer. What really sets them apart is their collaboration with other businesses like Pedro Concrete Pumping, this usually indicates a level of professionalism and a will to work efficiently. However, innovation is something this business might need to improve on, because they follow the standard procedures and don't really bring any new ideas to the table.
