This business location has some flaws. The property management is not doing a good job. They have a tendency to tow vehicles out of the complex area without giving the owners any notice. This happened to one customer who had a fully functional car, which was towed despite no warning. The HOA here is also quite strict, and they have started towing cars that do not have a parking sticker, even if they are in designated private spots. There is confusion over the timing of towing, with some signs stating it starts after midnight, while others claim it can happen 24/7. One customer had their car towed and sold at auction without their knowledge, and another was almost towed when they had a flat tire. Additionally, the posted sign seems to be in conflict with the HOA's claims. The entrance does not have a proper American flag, which is a personal preference of some customers. On the other hand, one customer found the apartment complex to be well taken care of and maintained, which is a redeeming quality. Overall, the business has a lot of work to do in terms of customer service and communication.
