The location of Peach Flooring is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is friendly and responsive, with owners and managers actively engaging with clients to resolve issues and improve their experience. The company offers a wide range of services, from flooring installation to carpentry upgrades, and is equipped to handle both small and large projects. However, communication breakdowns have occurred in the past, with clients being left without updates or being removed from the schedule without notice. It's essential to prioritize clear and timely communication to avoid such issues. While some clients have reported issues with customer service, the company has shown a willingness to listen and make things right. Despite some areas for improvement, Peach Flooring has received overwhelmingly positive reviews, with many clients praising the quality of work, professionalism, and efficiency of the team. Overall, it's a reliable choice for those seeking quality flooring and carpentry services in the Tampa City area.
