The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Ami, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The homes are well-maintained and have all the amenities you could need. The community is quiet and peaceful, with a sense of camaraderie among the residents.However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. One of the major concerns is the lack of a dedicated mini park for children, which is a notable drawback. Additionally, parking can be a challenge due to limited space and some residents not adhering to the rules.On the positive side, the overall atmosphere of the community is positive, and maintenance is satisfactory. The staff is responsive and professional, and they strive to provide timely responses to all residents' needs.It's also worth noting that the community has made efforts to be LGBTQ+ friendly, which is a great asset to the area.One reviewer mentioned having issues with their hot water, dishwasher, and fence, which was frustrating and took a long time to resolve.
