I've been to this PDQ location a few times and the food is always good, but the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is friendly and attentive, but other times they seem overwhelmed and don't pay much attention to the customers. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet and casual. One of the issues I've noticed is that the staff often seems to be training new employees, which can lead to slow service and mistakes with orders.
