The staff, including Aaron, are knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to guide customers through the selection process. The store has a vast selection of high-quality floors, including LVP, at competitive prices. They also offer delivery and installation services, making it a one-stop-shop for customers. The customers rave about the excellent customer service, fair pricing, and high-quality products. The staff is described as friendly, welcoming, and trustworthy. One customer even mentioned that the store went above and beyond, hand-loading a trailer with 80 boxes of flooring. The only potential issue is that the store's hours may not be suitable for some customers, as they are closed on Sundays.
