This business location, located in Building 121, N 5th St Street, Eagle Lake City, is primarily focused on automotive services and used car sales. They seem to be a part of the Patriot Auto Sales and Service company. The address and phone number provided, +18632928000, can be used for communication and navigation. They accept both credit and debit cards for payment, which is a convenient option for customers. They also offer used goods for sale, which may appeal to those looking for pre-owned vehicles. However, the services provided here seem to be unreliable. A customer reported being left without any response after calling for assistance with their broken-down vehicle. Another reviewer witnessed the business being raided for drugs, which raises concerns about the legitimacy and safety of the location. On the other hand, one customer had a positive experience with the business, praising the customer service and their new vehicle. However, this experience is not representative of the overall quality of service.Unfortunately, there have been multiple complaints about the business's poor service, with some reviewers even describing the owner, Robert, as dishonest and unscrupulous. One customer felt they were taken advantage of, and another reported a lengthy and frustrating experience that put them through significant financial hardship. It's worth noting that the lack of a proper response from the business after an issue arises is concerning, as seen in one reviewer's experience. It's essential to be cautious when dealing with this business, especially considering the number of complaints and concerns raised.
