This business location has earned high praise from clients for its exceptional quality of service and competitive pricing. Patrick, the owner, is a true expert in his field, providing professional and compassionate care for honeybees. With a perfect score for pricing, it's clear that clients feel they get great value for their money. The business's commitment to innovation is also evident, with a strong focus on live bee removals using trap-outs, cut-outs, and swarm-removal methods that prioritize the bees' well-being. The fact that the bees are relocated to a new home, where they can "live happily ever after," is a testament to Patrick's dedication to his craft. The facility itself is wheelchair accessible, making it easily navigable for all visitors. However, one area for improvement is the need for more transparent communication about the services offered and the process involved in live bee removals. Some clients have mentioned that they would appreciate more information about the services and what to expect before the removal process begins.Despite this, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with clients praising Patrick's expertise, professionalism, and compassion for the bees. If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy honeybee expert, Patrick's the one to call.
