This optometrist office has been very helpful in finding the right contact lenses for my eye health. I was a bit concerned about the selection of lenses, but the doctor was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to scheduling appointments. I appreciated the use of NFC mobile payments, which made the payment process convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed that I had to wait a few minutes to be seen, despite having an appointment. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would recommend this office to others. The only thing that I would suggest is having more staff on hand during peak hours to reduce wait times.
