This business location is a reliable choice for customers seeking assistance with door-related issues. The staff, including Steve, is professional, friendly, and skilled in their work. They offer a range of services, from repairing sliding doors to replacing rollers and fixing locks. The company's commitment to quality is evident in the customers' satisfaction with their work, with many praising the excellent results they achieved. However, some customers have experienced issues with pricing, with one customer finding another company's quote significantly lower. The working hours are somewhat unusual, with late-night and early-morning shifts available on some days. However, the accessibility feature of a wheelchair-accessible parking lot is a welcome convenience for customers with mobility issues. The co-branding with Patio Door Repair suggests a specialized focus on door-related services, which could be an advantage for customers seeking expertise in this area. Overall, this business location has a good reputation and is worth considering for customers in need of door repairs or maintenance.
