This business is a reliable provider of lawn care services, construction, and landscape design. They have a strong reputation for quality work, with many customers praising their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Their prices are competitive, and they offer a wide range of services, including yard work, mulching, and landscape design.Customers appreciate the personalized service they receive from the owner, Pat, who is described as knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The team is also praised for their efficiency, cleanliness, and ability to complete projects on time. One customer reported an issue with damaged siding on their house, which was promptly acknowledged and addressed by the owner. However, this isolated incident does not seem to be a common problem, and the business as a whole has a strong track record of providing excellent service.Overall, this business is a great choice for customers looking for reliable, high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. While they may not be the most innovative provider, they have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence that sets them apart from the competition. It is worth noting that this business has a few areas for improvement, such as having more consistent working hours and improving their responsiveness to customer issues. However, these issues are relatively minor and do not detract from the overall high quality of their services.
