This location appears to be a functional courthouse with a clear address and working hours. The website seems to be active and affiliated with the Pasco County Judicial Department. However, some aspects of the location leave room for improvement. The courthouse is wheelchair accessible, which is a positive aspect, but this does not seem to be enough to compensate for some of the reported issues. The staff appears to be unresponsive and uncooperative, particularly when dealing with sensitive matters such as restraining orders and tickets.Pasco county sheriff's department has been accused of allowing people to break the law without consequences, which is a serious concern. Furthermore, there have been reports of incorrect tickets being issued, and then the tickets being ripped up or not being taken seriously. The Pasco county sheriff's department seems to be unaccountable for its actions, which may lead to a lack of trust from the community. However, it's worth noting that the community is advocating for change and pushing the law enforcement to do their jobs.
